These problems occur when Cookies are disabled in your browser or they are deleted by a network filter such as: Outpost Firewall, ATGuard, Black Ice Defender, ZoneAlarm, and the like.

In order to enable cookies you need to do the following:

• Internet Explorer 5:

  Tools – Internet options – Security

  Define security level for Internet, Local intranet and Trusted sites as Medium.

• Internet Explorer 6:

  Tools – Internet options – Privacy

  Define security level as Medium.

If the slider is on Other or Special, then you should press Default.

2. Why am I getting a notification that my account is blocked?

It is quite possible that somebody tries to pick your password to your casino account, that is why it was locked. You can learn more about blocked accounts in Help :: Security.

1. How much should I have in my account to play games in the Casino?

You can start a game for real when you have more than one currency unit (of either RUR, or USD, or EUR) in your account for all games except pokers, for which you must have 3 currency units.

2. What is the minimum bet in your casino games?

At roulettes min. bet for equal chances is 5 chips, for a number is 1 chip. For the rest of the games min. bet is 1 chip. One chip costs either RUR 1, USD 1, or EUR 1, depending on the currency you play in.

3. Money has been sent to the casino, but it is not in my account yet. How long does it take for transfers to be processed?

We receive your money when we get a confirmation from the payment service. This operation usually takes 15-20 minutes. A confirmation delay may be due to the number of payments it is processing or connection problems. Please contact the support department of your payment service.

4. I requested a withdrawal, but the money has not arrived yet. What is going on?

5. Why do I need to have my protection code? Where do I get it and can I do without it?

Games

1. I cannot start a game. When I click Play nothing happens.

JavaScript is not enabled in your browser. Lower your browser security level from high to medium or simply enable JavaScript.

2. I cannot download games. All my PC shows is either a black or white screen.

The reasons could be the following:

• You do not have installed Macromedia Flash 6 or higher;
• Most likely, this happens because of a slow connection. A black screen is an empty background page where nothing has downloaded yet. The only thing we would recommend you is that you try to wait or try another time when communication channels are not so busy;
• For secure Internet connection you use: proxy server, firewall, antivirus systems which block a game download according to the set security options;

3. I cannot complete downloads of games. The download counter reaches a certain point and stops.

You apparently once started a game that did not entirely download. One or more incomplete parts of that game could have been cache-ed in your browser. Next time you try to play this game, the files will be taken from cache memory, not from the server, that is why the game will not download completely.

We are trying to solve this problem, but right now we suggest you do the following:

• Clear your browser cache. For Internet Explorer:
  • Tools – Internet Option – Temporary Internet Files – Delete Files…
• Selectivly clear game files in your browser options. For Internet Explorer:
  • Tools – Internet Option – Temporary Internet Files – Setting… - View Files. In the opened window clear the files with the Internet Address http://flash.russiancasino.ru

4. The roulette wheel has been spinning for the last 10 minutes and is showing no signs of stopping. What shall I do?

There has been a disconnection in communication and either a request or a reply got lost on its way. Quit the game and start it anew. We save the unfinished game session status and after re-start you will begin your game where you have stopped.

5. Are algorithms for demo and real-money games different?

The algorithms are the same for both modes.

6. The Casino games download online very slowly. Will there be a downloadable version for PC installation?

You need to download a game once. As you play along the game will not be down loaded from the Internet, but be taken from cache memory.

There are no plans for production of downloadable-to-be-installed games in any foreseeable future.

7. Can I play more than one game at the same time?

No you cannot. You can play one game at a certain time only.

8. Can cards be dealt more quickly?

The dealing rate on your PC depends on how quickly Macromedia Flash Player 6 works. You can speed it up by reducing display quality in Options.
