In order to use Moneybookers service, it is needed to make a simple procedure registration on the payment system site. After that the link will be sent to your e-mail in order to confirm your account in Moneybookers. Then you should authorize in the system and enter youe e-mail and password specified while registration.

Deposit in the Moneybookers system

There are two ways to fund MoneyBookers account: via bank transfer and with the help of the credit card.

On the page Upload funds you need to choose the necessary way of uploading. In the case of funding via bank transfer you will be provided with the necessary details that you need to submit and instruct it to transfer the funds to the bank account of Moneybookers. Please do not forget to state your customer ID in the reference field of the transaction. In case you can communicate with your bank via online banking, we recommend initiating the transfer directly online to speed up the payment process.The funds should be in your Moneybookers account a few days later.

In the case of uploading funds with the help of the credit card you need to add your credit/debit card to your account profile: Go to: 'My Account' > 'Profile' > 'List of credit/debit cards' > 'Manage' > 'Add' > fill in the required information. On the same page you will be asked to complete verification procedure. Moneybookers will debit your credit/debit card for a small random amount (usually between EUR 1.01 and 2.99 depending on your account currency) after which you must check your card statement for the exact transaction amount and enter it into the 'verify credit/debit card' section of your Moneybookers profile. Please note that you may have to wait some time for the debit to appear on your statement. Upon completion, the transaction amount will be credited to your Moneybookers account and your card will be verified with the upload limit shown on screen.

How to withdraw money from Moneybookers account

In order to withdraw money from Moneybookers account go to Withdraw funds and follow the instructions.

Depositing via Moneybookers

In order to make a deposit via Moneybookers you need to do the following:

  1. Go to My study :: Deposit and select Moneybookers.
  2. You should enter the following in the transfer form:
    • Your email, registered in Moneybookers;
    • Your casino account you would like to deposit (RUR, USD, EUR) to;
    • Amount you want to deposit into the selected account (the amount should be in the same currency as the casino account);
  3. Confirm and press Make a bill.

Automatic system will direct you to Moneybookers page for the further deposit forming, where you need to fill in the necessary data, confirm the payment and you will go to Russian Casino site. The note of this deposit can be seen on the page My study :: Deposit in the table of in the table "Latest payments".

After confirmation, you will receive a notice that your bill was forwarded. In order to cancel the transfer, press Cancel.

The money will be deposited into your Russian Casino account following Moneybookers payment confirmation. The procedure usually takes 5-10 minutes.

Withdrawal to Moneybookers

In order to withdraw money to Moneybookers account you need to do the following:

  1. Go to My study :: Withdrawal and select Moneybookers.
  2. Fill in a form with the following details:
    • Your email, registered in Moneybookers;
    • Your casino account you would like to withdraw from;
    • Amount you want to withdraw from the selected account;
    • Your password in Russian Casino;
  3. Confirm and press Request the withdrawal.

    4. Once you confirm the decision to withdraw money from your account,the money will be transferred to your Monebookers account within 72 hours (as a rule, much faster).

    Press Cancel in order to cancel the withdrawal.

Fees

Moneybookers charges 2% transaction commission of transfer amount.
